More shares on issue without the consolidation doesn't really change things regarding earnings which are priced in for the next two years at least imo. But that may not mean much as NXT is priced for several years earnings as well but they have different business models. As as small player SPA may grow harder and faster but it is yet to be seen. Id say its overbought in the short term.
