Thanks all for the discussion above, struggling to follow the gist of the conversation but over time all will become clear ( I hope).

It seems that this company has struggled in the past, and may continue to do so.

I bought in because (it was cheap) and I anticipated that increasing silver prices would ensure growth for AYN, but from reading all your comments it does not seem to be as simple as all that.
Guess that's why everyone always says to research the companies structure and so on so forth, (for me it's a steep learning curve).

Still... I am hopeful :)
