re: Ann: Extension of Time to Hold Annual Gen... Looks as though the merger could be all done and dusted by the 16 December 2013! If this is so - you would have to say it was one of the most efficient and hopefully cost effective mergers going around!

Full credit to both management teams - they all seem to have taken a very commercial approach to the merger (and the value of their assets! (something that all their shareholders should be very happy about - as well as the current prevailing share price of 2 cents)!

Maybe a bright future is in the offing?
