re: Ann: Nomad Group - Next Step in Company R... Though it hears like Music to my ears, I believe anything above 0.5 cents dividend would be a bonus, if at all they decide to pay. It is very well possible that they decide against dividends as Major shares are held by Management and Top 20 and decision would be majorly driven by board.

It is not too long ago, NOD shares were in dollars, I repeat in $ not in cents. Many people have lost huge sums of money in trading NOD for many reasons over the years. I wish Management is fine tuned and optimized to take us back to greater heights as the Construction and Building sector recovers strongly with improving Mining sector.

It is now or never for Management to ride the waves and establish NOD as a force to reckon in at least Western part of Australia if they are to go back to their glory days. If Managements stays idle and do not have a future vision, Shareholders will be doomed as in the last 3-4 years. Even the best of ships is of no use without a commanding Captain and best assembled crew.

Wish to see positive changes in board that can bring positive mood to the NOD camp which in turn will boost the investor sentiment and SP. That said, with even present Management and assets, current SP is a bargain. The only thing that needs to improve on short term is sentiment towards NOD as a company and investors' belief in the Management.
