re: Ann: Quarterly activity and Appendix 5B c... I'd doubt it, they said settlement in 1Q, then 2Q, then 3Q and now 4Q.
In a nutshell, this 2H... No settlement, No SBA action, No Myanmar, No money left.
CR on it's way, or they'll be insolvent by Xmas.
