According to the PRW annual report (1st October 2013) the total value of the Group's investment in Condor Blanco at 30 June 2012 was $38,325. I suspect this is a typo and they meant at 30 June 2013. The price then was around $0.021, so that would be about 1.8M shares. With 269.2M shares on issue (approx) that would be 0.67% of CDB, unless my maths is shonky, which it might well be.
Of course, you could call Mr Mortimer if you wanted to confirm.
