First paragraph of the Chairman's Report;

"It is with great pride following our achievements over the last year, not least of which is the signed Term Sheet with Xeraya Capital, that I report to shareholders."

If a non-binding termsheet is as good as it gets, we're f...ed.

Yep, we're finished. "Not to worry, the ship's not sinking. I just happened to fall in the lifeboat."

You would have to be an absolute fool to buy the shares now. Worse, to believe that Xeraya will put money in. Why do you think they agreed to a "non-binding" agreement?

If the lousy value of my shares could get me a week at Terrigal, I'd sell and be there.

It's a shame that the 2 mouthpieces of the company have been sanctioned as it would be funny to hear the bullspit that would be projected. Perhaps this is jus unspeakable.
