The more intriguing question is ........ who have been gullible and foolish enough to buy any shares in this mob, who are incapable of achieving anything, with their perennial merry-go-round stories, and zero achievements.

Yet more delays with the "consummation" of the proposed JV, which I'll bet never happens. Just another "story" to support the share issue.
Is the Board that dumb & naïve they couldn't predict that 30 days wasn't going to be enough time for completion of the terms sheet ?
Now there's not even a deadline for the terms sheet sign off.

I see that Ramy's loan has been paid off with the proceeds from the share issue Tranche 1 ... No surprises there. Probably got paid handsome interest too.
