From the onset it would have been a push to develop by itself, even at 1 tcf, it was always going to need more finds near by it to add the pool.
so not sure what to make of the language used., have to wait for a resource number from them first,
they could invest in a CPR report on the blocks now that they know what formations are hydrocarbon bearing.
