re: Ann: PrIME signs Non Binding Funding Term... Fantastic news. OK it's non-binding, so they can walk away very easily.
Here's more fantastic news on PrIME funding;
October 2013 - "Xeraya is looking to invest up to SGD15m into the PrIME business, subject to customary due diligence and approvals."
July 2013 - "On 3rd June 2013 NuSep advised the market that it had signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a significant Asian Life Sciences Fund. This significant Asian Life Science fund is currently conducting its due diligence on the PrIME Biologics project...PrIME Biologics aims to raise up to S$20M by bringing a consortium of funds together.
It is expected that only part of this raise will come from this significant Asian Life Sciences Fund and the balance will come from a number of funders who have already been approached by NuSep/PrIME."
June 2013 - "NuSep Signs LOI to Fund PrIME" and "The LOI provides for a potential investment of up to S$20m by a significant Asian Life Sciences fund...With the signing of the LOI the Life Sciences fund will now undertake formal legal and technical due diligence with a view to finalise this potential investment in the next 90 days." This must be a different fund to Xeraya as they've already done their DD starting back in June.
November 2012 - "Future PrIME funding pending"
October 2012 - "Spin Out of PrIME Biologics" and "By spinning out PrIME Biologics the issue of PrIME funding will be addressed."
November 2011 - "DCS Healthcare Pte Ltd to be cornerstone financier" and "Completion of Financing agreement due in December 2011"
July 2011 - "NuSep Signs Letter of Intent with United Laboratories to Invest in Singapore & Philippines Plasma Facilities" and "NuSep (ASX: NSP) is pleased to advise the market that it has signed a Letter of Intent with United Laboratories Inc of the Philippines (Unilab) for a potential investment in NuSep’s Singapore plasma fractionation facility and a concurrent new plasma fractionation facility to be established in the Philippines. These investments are dependent on due diligence to be conducted by Unilab and on terms to be negotiated by both parties which will begin in August 2011."
November 2010 - "NuSep enters $1 billion Asian blood plasma market through SingaPharm investment worth S$12m" and "Cornerstone investor secured - S$3 million invested in S$12m SingaPharm project"
But not to worry, this time will be different!
