"Shareholder approval for the change in the nature
and scale of the Company’s activities is being sought,
among other approvals, at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company to be held on 29 October
2013. The Company’s Shares and listed Options will
be suspended from Official Quotation on the ASX
from the date of the Annual General Meeting until
ASX approves the Company’s re-compliance with
Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules."
