I have sent off my proxy form. Yes to 1 & 4 & no to 2 & 3. As previous I am voting against the renumeration report & the 10% placement facility unless I see all of the directors put some skin in this game & not just a token amount. I am way down on this investment & would believe that it needs all of the directors buying to give us & everyone alse some confidence.
