Actually no, Sir Ron has not always been an asset stripper. Like any and all businesses - it depends on the assets and the outlook. ie, Woolworths in which Brierley was instrumental in helping turn around in the mid-80's or Mount Charlotte/now Thistle in the UK. To be honest, as a GLL s'holder, I'm One thing above all else after so many years of the current management - Confused - and that's why the business is now in Brierley's sites!
