    It is time for the company to keep shareholders informed of what is going on with our Company.

    An ASIC search today of Lemon & Lime shows one director(G.A)
    One share owned by 2moro mobile pty.ltd.

    Search on 2moro mobile shows that they are under external administration.

    Annual financials state that Lemon & Lime is 100% owned by Motopia.

    If as per L & L search 2moro own it so therefore 2 moro assets are vested with the administrator.

    Who will receive any benefits?
