In terms of growth... i saw revenue as 3m in the first half and 7m in the second half... technically a 30% increase in revenue... but from a small base. Not what I would call massive though. To justify the interest we are seeing at yesterdays levels I would like to see revenue close to the market cap.
Just looked thru some recent directors holdings change's
Bruce Scott owns 6.2m shares Karl Jacoby owns 44.4m shares
If there are 223m shares on offer, then it looks like no change of control will occur without their blessing. My guess is that given that they have been purchasing, they already have an idea of who the possible acquirers might be in a few years time. I wouldn't imagine they would purchase shares in an illiquid company without an exit strategy.
