    re: one to watch/cooper Somehow I think that there might be a broader strategic agenda with this deal with AQD.

    I wonder if they will pump a few mil to QCs to delay the CAZ project for 10 years (that is if CAZ get up). In the meantime they get AQD on line and stick it to Chip as a thank you.

    Perhaps dreaming but not a bad script.
