every time people complain of a particular company having too many shares on issue i think of QRL as the complete opposite...they have FA shares on issue but no capital either....they should have raised more when they could have above 20c...i think this company just needs more capital and more time to succeed but i'm afraid their time is up as the market has been really tough on small exploration stocks last 2 years...i hope they can sink one more hole and succeed
