I'm talking about normal healthy people maverich. we can't change the way our body extracts oxygen from the air (CPR would not work otherwise) as we only require a fraction of the oxygen in the air. Breathing straight O2 would have its benefits fir certain people with conditions. We can make it more available with each breath and add the benefits of nose breathing.
