My Answer: dont know, we will see. People are still wearing breathright strips. So we will just have to wait an see.

My Answer: Breathright strips were not and are not banned and claim to do the same/similar thing, so I would think it would not be. However if it was, that would simply be a huge endorsment that it really does work. Again thought you just need to wait and see.
"Will it quickly be copied (patents are difficult with small bits of plastic) by some Chinese company who dumps 1m of them on the market for $2 each?"
My Answer: As from today's annoucement they have and are gaining more patents to the IP to put them in the best position (if needed) to be able to prosecute anyone who does infringe on their patents. But geez we are really clutching at straws here if you think this is a great risk, there are so so many things out there that are copied but people flock to the original premium brand.
Personally I do think that there will be an ignorence/arrogance from a lot of potential users of the product that will shrug it of as something that they just would not use ever and just wont/dont believe that it would work.
I also think that people get pidgeon holed in the potential application of the product with in the sporting/weallbeing markets, there are just so so many ways this can be used.
My one example and I am sure there are going to be those on here that want to rubbish my example, is using this in between rounds of and MMA or Boxing bought; the one thing that these fighters do between each round is breathing deeply throught there nose, like big deep breaths to help in as much recovery as they can get in the 30 seconds or 60 seconds they have, this product could potentially be used in this period to increase the airflow through the nose and make the big breaths easier and more effective. I have no idea if this would be done but just my thoughts.
This list goes on and one and I think people might just be suprised at those that would use this.
Just my thoughts.
