According to the Business Proposal dated 9/Sept, "The period set in the Term Sheet for negotiation, due diligence, completion of the raising of finance and completion of the requisite documentation to execution is 30 days.".
30 days has well and truly elapsed. Assuming of course we're talking Earth days and not Jupiter days
