they did a capital return a few months ago of 2.8c a share - so they don't want money
they could have held a few days and raised at a higher price - so they don't want money
they issued quick cheap shares after it ran - so they all want in
that's about the only conclusion you can draw
that's what you get at the dog end of the market
if they had of issued the placement at the same time as the possible deal news nobody would have cared
