If that becomes a reality then we could probably expect interest from other parties.
They've got 15.1 Moz of silver in the jorc reserve..
lets say over ten years they make $1 per oz profit in the first year, $5 in the second , $8, $12, $20, $25, $30, $40, $50, $60, and $80 in the 10th year ( final year of mine)
Thats a conservative average of $32.60 per oz working off a very conservative silver price for the over the next 10 years.
Thats almost half a billion ($492,260,000) profit.. what does AYN value the JORC at?
Everything I've read about silver points to a substancial rise, most point to a low price above $100.
The difference is that AYN hasnt just found the resource and are looking for a JORC partener to fund the extraction, they are extracting it and selling the product.. Finding a JORC resource is one thing, producing from that JORC is another..
If we were in a better market without all the US credit dramas and the rest of the world going down the financial s..t shoot im sure AYN would be trading alot highter than 0.004, anyway at that price its a very cheap entry into what could become a very viable Australian Silver producer in the not too distant future..
