Have good word that some of the WA's most respected and vehemently single desk opposed graingrower lobby members have met with Chris Ellison and also the Shadow Minister for Trade. Chris assured my 'friends' that the Prime Minister is absolutely ropable that the AWB has abused its statuatorily granted power and will remove the single desk in a whimper if the evidence can be found which is damning. Three directors, Trevor Flugge, Laurie Marshall (both no longer members) and Chris Moffat (a dumbarse imbicile still on the board) will be targeted by the commission and there will be squealing as the full force of the law is faced! Get out!
