It could also be in anticipation that the Point Grey Channel has a better chance of approval with the change of Fed.Govt.
Also the State EPA has approved it, and there is a possibility that the Feds will hand environmental approvals to the States.
I still can't see Pt Grey development being swung into action in the immediate future. Channel approval would increase its value and make the estate more marketable.
