re: Ann: Clover 2013FY Results - Investor Pre... spoke to Ian Brown just recently . we have been friends and a huge supporter of Ian from the beginning (who wouldn't be after driving the share price from 13 cents to 68 cents with 2 cent fully franked divvy during his tenure) Ian believes after nearly 6 plus years at clover its time to move on to allow a new CEO to take CLV to its next phase of growth for a new 5 year term. He is also a grand father of triplets and wishes to spend more time with the family. He is particularly excited about the future of CLV: the pipeline and the hospital trials which if successful will become standard. the challenges have been noted : margin pressures , NZ Fronterra issues, competition etc. What I have always liked (even though frustrating at times ) has been CLV's CONSERVATIVE nature and reporting style. No flash , no hyperbole no BS. so I expect the stock to be revalued over the next 6 -12 months to recent highs.I will also be the first to congratulate Dr Ian Brown at the up and coming AGM on establishing and revitalising Clover into a real business. My hope is that his predecessor is half as good then I reckon we will be in good hands
