Strange that KEY's 2012/13 annual report doesn't make any mention of related party transactions in relation to services provided by Brooke Marshall, daughter of our former Chairman, Craig Marshall was Chairman until 18/7/12, and sister of Kane Marshall our Managing Director.
EGO saw fit to include her services under their related party transactions due to her relationship with Craig Marshall.
