Exactly, I'm still having trouble accepting that this could legally be done in this country. Again, I said before, this wouldn't be allowed in China!
And it highlights the intregrity of our system and our so called leaders.
David Suzuki said something on Q&A last monday, it went along the lines;
Governments are now running the country as if it is a business, and making decisions accordingly i.e what is best for the running of the business. And not necessarily for what is best for the country longer term.

Then g'ments get kicked out for making business mistakes, therefore the country is always 2nd on the agenda. It should be the primary focus.
