re: $4.50 target You guys are all to smart. Being a dummy, I look at it this way; FLT was hugely successful from the mid 80s till 2 years ago. They have not changed, the market has and whilst I believe they can rebound their current business plan cannot be sustained. I have three FLT centres within a 10 min drive from my home their combined rent would total TVL total rent. Sure one is $10 and one is 20c but surely blind freddy could see where the future lies. Anybody who thinks FLT(in the short term) will rebound is a fool. In a modern day scenario you would do as good investing in the horse and cart.
