What is going on when it says "Hanlong in the future may seek to change the contractual arrangements for an earlier $45 million loan by Hanlong to the Company, over which there have been disagreements in the past"???
Why don't MOL just quickly pay special dividend to bring cash level down? This way Hanlong cannot do much after that.
For me, if I get 21c/share special dividend I don't really care what happen to my shares because my purchase is only 11c.
I might give MOL a call.
