not an explosion, but a strong, steady, upward movement. on my purchase price of $1.95, i am getting 22c per year, of which about 1/2 is tax deferred. along with dividends from kcn, distributions from maquarie leisure, i seem to be getting a 10% return, not bad, and a lot better than bank interest
