No I don't have any idea however I would say that the Dividend reinvestment plan @20cents is cheap. They announced that they were issuing shares for the deposit they were holding of $4 mil so it sounds like the deal is off which is a good thing.
A change in Govt should help the property market in general other than that once a share passes and trades above 20cents it no longer fly's under the radar so you are also probably right in a rerating.
