I think the response was in a hurry to keep ASX regulators away in the light of continuous disclosure rule...( Panic Attack :-) )
They don't want to get fined for not letting the market know of those private equity firms circling the company...I wonder if there is a connection between those firm and the paper that published this story.. otherwise how would they know when the whole market was in the dark about this deals in the background...
Technically it is still a buy for me...
