asf, it's the only way the transaction can be done as anything over 20% requires a full take over offer and th/rio are selling about 56% so as long as most other holders hold then the 90% compulsory acquisition will not happen, this means things will improve as the major share holder wants to be there rather then out and the company will find it easier to move forward, i'm amazed the share still trades at these low levels.
