2010 is past gone and it is now 2013.

All shareholders wether old or new are equal and management should be working for the benefit of all parties and not a selected few (as you state), although old shareholders have outlaid much more for their shares in the company than the newcomers.

Alas there is a mirror image appearing like past boards.

Convoluted transactions between inter related co's and parties does not create confidence for shareholders and the general market place.
