Mmmm wouldnt read to much into this, like I said its a roll of the dice, it seems to mean revert to this level all the time. No one complains when it goes up to 2.6c+ but when its back down here everyone assumes its insiders with knowledge of the liscence, panic if it goes below 1.8c.
