- They are able to use debt to finance the purchase of feedstock (until they can afford it without debt).

- Operating costs of the ATC plant are very minimal apart from the feedstock.

- They are looking to buy out Mr Chen's share using equity in the company.

- Development at Big Hill and Mt Mulgine is not being rushed.

So with two more lots of income from Tungsten campaigns before years end, why would they need to raise?

In my opinion the selling/buying recently indicates they are undergoing a re-rate, hindered only by a little pump by daytraders earlier this week.
