Baraka, how long do you personally think before they pay further dividends? I think that they will pay in the next 12 months but perhaps not an interim. They are profitable, they do have a further income streams to come in the next year, debt is very modest and will still be modest when it peaks with their current construction. There's really no reason not to pay something out - quantum is the question.

In hindsight for this year they should have paid a lower interim and kept some of that for the final dividend. It would have given them some insurance. I would count this as a management error as it should have been forecastable.
