I refer to the recent post/s by KIWI67 and shall respond as follows.

1. I am not a broker or an ASFL holder currently or for that matter nor have I ever been

2. KIWI67 posts on this matter are false and misleading

3. I am not here to ramp and or manipulate the share price of CCC under any circumstances but merely to present the facts and my opinions not like some of the others that post on this site

4. I have been a major shareholder of the company for many years and although I am in the red on my investment I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel

5. While we all know that some things that have happened in the past with this company may have been a bit left of center the current board of directors I have found to be dedicated in building CCC in to a major player in the coal space in South Africa

6. I am here to gain support from the smaller shareholders so as they/we are heard. This is happening I can assure you.

7. The NTA of this company is well above the current share price and that is a fact. The company has good assets and good management and that is a fact.
8. The listing on the JSE will open up many new doors for CCC and that is a fact
9. Yes a lot of people are also in the red on their investment in CCC but so to are you in the red on a lot of other investments and this is the share market.

My aim is to be heard loud an clear at a board level with this company and I am only interested in speaking or communicating with those who share a long term view of this company. Because in the long term you will see I believe the share price firm up and head back up to levels that we have seen in the past.

The market is the market and there are all types of people in it. Long term holders, short term holders, day traders and others.

It is up to you to decide who you are and where you sit in the market and with this company.

If you read and believe all of the negative things said about companies and dont do your own research bigger fool are you.

I speak to the directors of this company regularly because I am interested in its progress and the way it is being run.

I am a buyer of this stock as I believe it is cheap and that the foundations have now been laid to build it in to a major player in the coal space in South Africa. This is my view you can form your own.
