I know I am out of this now but I truly support the comments by FactorX.

Some of you were impressed by the directors presentations at the 'shareholder showcases' but unfortunately that has been their forte for a long time and many of have fallen for it.

Their interests are more aligned to themselves rather than acting responsibly as directors being responsible to their shareholders.

You only need to see how many companies have REDUCED their emoluments over the past few years - and that includes companies making a profit that has been substantially reduced - but still a profit.

The management/directors of this company have shown no remorse for their poor actions and decisions over the past few years particularly. All they have done is ask for more remuneration!
