Here's note 12 from the half yearly report;

"As outlined in Note 1(b) at 31 December 2012, as a result of a past transaction to acquire property, plant and equipment and embedded intellectual property, a consideration may arise to pay $4,726,643 in cash if an investor in PrIME Biologics Pte Ltd is not secured by 24 July 2013 based on the current terms of the agreements."

So there's no investor, so now we have to pay $4,726,643 in cash that we don't have? Which moron agreed to this? And does this mean we might have to fold and the Chinese get the whole lot, for the cost of an outdated facility that was idle?

Why has this ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL fact not been highlighted to us before the closing day of the SPP?

Boy am I glad I didn't put a penny into the SPP after this little doosie.
