Would you swap AYN for a current, equivalent dollar value of AYNOA.
If you owned a say 500000 shares in AYN bought for 2c at a cost of $10000, they are now worth $2500. (Assuming no participation in the cap raising).
If you sold now and used the $2500, you could buy 2500000 AYNOA options, expiring in two years time currently at 0.1c.
If this restructure doesn't work, nickel prices don't rise, blah, blah, you will do most of your dough any way. However, the sun shines, birds sing and rainbows appear and profits get made. Share price back to 1.5c!!
Your original AYN's would be worth $7500.
Your AYNOA's would be worth a minimum of $12500. Original money back plus some profit (and realistically a price higher than 0.5c with a year still to go.
In fact, even a heads sp of 0.8c $(4000 value) would probably see an AYNOA price of 0.2c (value $5000) and put you ahead.
Any thoughts.
