When ZYL was rising last week and ASX issued query management stated they did not know why share price and volume is rising. Now we know there was capital raising in near future. ZYL has treated it share holders very badly over past year and this capital raising is probably not going to be supported. Absolute disgrace what has happened in last 2 years, I still remember when Zyl was featured in smart investor.
