My 3rd/4th hand info agrees with Albuera. I also heard this Meehan buyout involves Kiddle and Gestro??? C Group walking away. Some other party in the building industry providing equity. Hunt-Smith plans to re-make this company now almost surely dust given it involved parties who I can't see cooperating with this lot. There's nothing for shareholders to be envious over if this goes ahead IMO.
