Seems like all of those who threaten legal action are just full of hot air.
I wouldn't worry about them.
If they were serious they'd have the posts moderated, as has been done to numerous posts on the NSP HC forum.
Actually, I am surprised that a couple of posts in the last few days haven't been moderated.
