No real surprise here as continuous disclosure would have required it.
Still plenty of excuses as to why, none of which include the obvious; our board/management have failed, once again.
It also bodes yet another question; why won't anyone except shareholders step up?
And are the blocks really worth their sale price? if not then the "valuation" of PrIME if fictitious.
Personally, I'm a little sick of their excuses and blame game. Eventually, the buck must stop.
