Good points, I am concerned whenever there is possible risk of share dilution but then the company needs the funds...... !!
As someone who doesn't qualify under the technical definition of a sophisticated investor, thereby excluding myself from this offer, how they get the funds is still a very relevant point though as I don't want to see my existing holdings diluted.
I was under the impression they already had a private equity partner in place for funds and an approach on market wouldn't have been required.
Thoughts anyone?
