Better have a look at the list of who got themselves some notes?
Not fully subscribed even at 12% and only 2.2?? plus costs to do it. Market is tough but not that tough and not real happy to see that issue done at that price. In my mind is sets a bad precedent that they are prepared to do it and don't have a relationship with bank or partner. Coming from a company that when earlier in the year I said was underfunded everyone else took a different view.
