    Also good to see Magnum Hunter Resources Corp (NYSE:MHR) has a JV partner called Stone Energy Corporation (NYSE:SGY)who's market cap in $1.2b.

    Cant wait to see the terms and conditions of this Farm In.

    I'm confident that Tino has done whats best for all shareholders and thats why it took so long to get the deal done.

    Should be a great run into Xmas for us all.
