I reckon its worth 20c a share. ($140M all up)
Maybe TRQ will offload their shares to existing shareholders in a 1 for 1 deal at a discount say 14c a share. Placement of their remainder. that way they would get $60M for their troubles. They need the cash.
I think they offer would be accepted as current shareholders are still believers (apart from the sellers at 19c)
anyway I am sure TRQ are keen keen keen sellers.
