Roughie,
I hope you are right as I have my hard earned cash in the company.But I do not believe it is possible to establish a new mine ie strip,blast,mine,crush,sort and transport to Darwin for $70 per tonne,I wont mention accomadation cost in the bush etc
I know its a "sample" but at that price it looks more like a donation to the "Chinese trader"....maybe to earn good will.I relise the $14m will be paid by 30 Sept.
As for $30 per tonne profit on this sample I believe is totally unrealistic,while it may not be a direct comparison MGX fob costs are $77per tonne and they have been operating for years,that includes $25 per tonne for road transport similar distance to SHD.
It may take a while to turn a profit and Im sure they will in the long run.....but not on this deal.
